    I continually have to remind my clients that the neck and chest also need to be exfoliated, treated, hydrated and protected (get out that broad spectrum sunblock!), just like the face.
    Another important thing is to exercise those neck muscles, as nutrition alone doesn’t do the trick. This is similar to when you want to get in shape, sometimes eating well won’t get you the tight buns, abs or arms you want. It takes some weights or resistence exercises to take it that extra mile.
